We have been very pleased with the response we have gotten from the Amiga community about our ownership of the SBase product line and our special upgrade offer.

We have been so overwhelmed with email on the subject that we are finding it impossible to respond to everyone individually. Our daily activities as an Amiga dealership, product developer, and customer support center leave us very little time for correspondence. Therefore, we have decided to try a universal response approach to the problem of answering everyone's questions about the SBase4Pro upgrade.

Since there are so many different versions of the SuperBase and SBase products, we'll attempt to simplify the pricing information:

All prices are in US dollars and include USPS mailing to anywhere in the continental United States. Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. C.O.D. orders can be shipped via UPS, in the continental United States only, and require an additional $7.00 shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charge.

Foreign orders will be shipped via USPS and will be charged actual shipping costs in addition to the upgrade price. Foreign orders must be charged to a credit card or paid by wire transfer. We can't estimate the cost of the shipping, but we won't overcharge you.

Your current registration number, which can be found in the Project pull-down menu, in the About selection, is required. If you have a dongle, you don't have a registration number. You will need to send us a photocopy of your disks, or send the dongle to us at the address listed below.

Place your order by Phone at 631-821-2364, or by Fax at 631-821-2519. Fax operation is automatic. Our regular business hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time. Please send a detailed fax or leave a message if we are not in. Include your full name, address, phone number, and your registration number. If you will be paying by credit card, leave the credit card number, expiration date, and the exact name as it appears on the card.

This depends on the version of SuperBase, SBasePro, or SBase4 you currently own. Owners of any of the Pro versions will find that most of the changes have to do with the way the program interfaces to the Amiga. Some examples are: Support for OS 3.5+, Y2K fix, Printing (bugs squashed), Support for asl requesters, Graphics card support, AGA support, ability to run on any processor, including the 68060, an improved forms editor, and many other bug fixes.

Superbase owners with dongles will be pleased to know that SBase4Pro v1.36 doesn't need a dongle. Owners of any of the personal versions will get the full DML programming language, and the improved forms editor.

The upgrade doesn't come with any documentation because the completely rewritten manual is printed individually, and is available in 2 books for $50 total.

The list price of SBase4Pro is $200.00.
